I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

We offer small group functional strength training in a leveled training system. This training system will increase your fitness by using various training modalities . Initially we focus on acquiring basic movement proficient through various body weight exercises. This progress to general strength training with the addition of the kettlebell and TRX. More complex forms of training are then introduced, these include powerlifting, Olympic lifting and more advanced forms of bodyweight training.
We also specialize in bridging the gap between physio and general training with our private movement therapy sessions. These 60 minute 1 on 1 sessions are for those who need more focused attention due to previous injury or medical conditions.
