In Person Pickups All appliance pick ups are facilitated through Trail's Annacis Warehouse adjacent to the Clearance Centre. Customer pickup entrance is at door 6. Once your goods have left our facility, Trail will not accept any claims of damage. Please note that in order to protect your purchase, proper photo ID will be required on all pickups.
