I was at this office on Febuary 4, 2015 at 11:30 am and saw no reason for for any person to get upset, things were running fine. I saw my doctor and serveral of his staff before I was finished.
I have always found the Doctors and their staff to be very helpful and very pleasent.

Went there for blood work and they gave my OHIP card by mistake to another customer. Staff are a bit careless with security of OHIP cards. When you leave make sure you are given the correct card. Other than this error the service and staff were fine.

I highly recommend Northpoint Veterinary because Dr. Mandeep and his staff are amazing. Truly very caring, kind, and very passionate at what they do. I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. No matter who you deal with there, I've always gotten prompt, knowledgeable service and a friendly smile. Kudos to all the staff!
