I was at this office on Febuary 4, 2015 at 11:30 am and saw no reason for for any person to get upset, things were running fine. I saw my doctor and serveral of his staff before I was finished.
I have always found the Doctors and their staff to be very helpful and very pleasent.

I highly recommend Northpoint Veterinary because Dr. Mandeep and his staff are amazing. Truly very caring, kind, and very passionate at what they do. I just had my first mammogram. I was very nervous. The technician at this clinic, Jenny, was very soothing. She took her time and explained everything about the procedure. She made me feel much calmer, and comfortable. It really turned out not to be so bad. I would recommend going to this clinic and asking of Jenny if you are nervous about having a mammogram.

Great staff and very knowledgeable. Took my grandson in to get new skates and had a specific model in mind. I was advised that he would grow out of them before they were broken in and I should buy a less expensive pair. They heated and fit the skates to his feet and made it a real experience for a young boy. I could not be happier. Good job folks.

He starts work at 6.40am which is very convenient for me as I live in the east end of Toronto - I can see Dr. Fikelstein and get back home before rush hour traffic. I've seen Dr Dason twice. He's ordered tests, discussed results, evaluated my concerns, and spoken frankly. He is the type of doctor I appreciate seeing. When we first talked, I asked him what his style was. He was surprised to be asked. I told him mine was straightforward: I would listen to him and do what was requested but wasn't an advocate of pills as a solution for most issues. We get along just fine! His nurse partner, Margaret, is efficient and friendly. A good team!
