This is the first time we have ever dealt with a RV company, our experience was exceptionally good. As with purchasing anything new like cars houses etc… there are usually some issues (that’s life). We bought a brand new camper from Get-A-Way this spring; we had a couple issues related to the manufacture of the camper. We brought these issues to the attention of the company and they had us return the camper for the required fix /repairs. This was done in a very timely manner and great results.

I have worked with Dewdney Enterprises on a couple of occasions and they have been great every time. A few weeks ago my water heater started leaking and they sent a guy out the same day to look into the issue, they ordered and replaced the water heater quickly. Great service and professional mechanics. It was pure luck that my car broke close to them, and they were the nearest car service available. The starter didn't work. I had no other option but to walk there. They helped me transport my car to their shop. After running diagnostics, they determined the problem and pointed out other issues. I was shocked that my usual mechanic missed them. It was actually dangerous for me to drive. They got me back on the road in less than 40 minutes. Thanks, guys!
