Fabulous staff and so friendly. I phone for an appointment and someone answers the phone right away (after the usual speel about emergencies and such). I was new to Ladysmith a year ago so they were very helpful in setting me up for online lab services too. Never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for an appointment either. So glad they are nearby.

I've had only 4 cold laser sessions on my knee and am so pleased. I suffer with meniscus pain and am waiting for surgery which just got rescheduled again. I noticed a difference the first time and can walk up the stairs now without pain. This service is great, happy not to go out in bad weather to have my appointment. The dance school was established in 1976 by Dolores Kirkwood. Carole and Lindsay Martyn bought the studio in 1990 and have continued providing dance instruction at the high standards set by the founder.
