The home depot staff has been guiding us through our renovation project for the past two months. They have helped us choosing the right tools and materials, wether we would buy or rent. They worked with us on how to tackle plumbing, electrical,... They are really great with returns if something does not work out or you bought too much of something, you can rent their van for $20 to take the larger stuff home... Great service! Shower floor tile repair - they did an incredible job. The job required scraping the old grout out, regrouting the existing tile and adding/replacing silicone in the corners.
It cost $1,400 (which isn’t cheap but it would have taken my husband at least 10-14hours and he didn’t have that kind of time).
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Communication was outstanding. I absolutely love their admin person, Judy. They seem like nice honest people. Highly recommend and would use again.
