This discussion had reinstated my confidence in continuing our business relationship with them. Shawn was very honest and sincere in helping us through our catastrophic financial disaster. I receive excellent service from the employees at ARN's. There is a caveat. I receive excellent service once I get the attention of an employee. I have been there three times and each time I stand around waiting for help and have to go aggressively ask for assistance. People walk by and say hi but don't ask if I need help. I don't want to bother those that are busy or helping other people so I let them say hi and keep walking. Besides that, impeccable service!
