A popular two-floor Irish pub/restaurant/sports bar, O’Grady’s lures crowds of students, professors and neighborhood folks with a broad selection of reasonably priced pub grub, greasy spoon favorites and draught beer. O’Grady’s also features a number of deals, including lunch specials and late-night drink specials that are popular with undergraduates in particular. Located right across College Street from the U of T gates, it’s also a convenient distance from the lecture hall.
Remarkably Complete
O’Grady’s’ menu has a large selection of dishes that are typical of a neighbourhood pub or restaurant. Sandwiches include the clubhouse, BLT, Western and grilled cheese, to name a few. Salads include tossed, Caesar, Greek and julienne vegetables. With a name like O’Grady’s you’d expect some British fare and the pub doesn’t disappoint with the shepherd’s pie and Scotch meat pie. Popular nachos are also on the menu, as well as an all day breakfast. O’Grady’s even offers souvlaki. Burgers are available with all the fixings one might expect – bacon, cheese, mushrooms – as well as some completely unexpected toppers. More than a dozen draft beers plus a few micro brews are available to accompany your meal.
Upstairs, Downstairs
O’Grady’s offers comfortable surroundings on both floors, with dark hardwood tables and chairs. A long bar graces the main floor, with several stools to sit on while you enjoy a solo pint. Upstairs clientele can play while they drink – there are three pool tables, a foosball table and a couple of arcade games.

N&H Food Company Limited was established to accommodate the manufacturing aspect of the business.

N&H Food Company was established in 1999 to accommodate the high volume of products for their retail store. A 5000 sq. feet facility was acquired to serve this purpose producing their own line of traditional Vietnamese sausages and hams. As new stores were opening, changes and upgrades was necessary for the facility to maintain its demand and to better control products being produced in the facility. In 2008 the company expanded to the adjoining two spaces beside the existing facility increasing the sq. feet to 12,000. Maintained through a GMP/HACCP plan, food safety and quality control became a priority. Monitored by OMAFRA (Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs) the facility produces over 30 products and is the largest Vietnamese food manufacturer in Ontario and one of the largest in Canada.
