Have dealt with them for 35 years, they are very helpful with problems and their service call charges are not out of line pricewise. Have had two service calls on my security system in 25 years and both times was fixed, but you can't send a truck and two service people for free. The charges were reasonable for what they had to do. Great people to deal with.

I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. Best pharmacy in town by far . All the pharmacists who work there are amazing . Nothing is a bother . Have been using them for over 15 years . The store still has that old town feeling and has lots of great gift wear . If you haven’t been in or used them to fill prescriptions then give them a try .

I have been banking at the Royal Bank for nearly six years now and I am usually very impressed by their service. The lines are short and there's enough tellers to help people quickly. They're friendly and if I am waiting for my appointment, employees will ensure that I've been helped. For all my basic banking needs, I find this bank exceeds my expectations.
My only two complaints would be that sometimes the staff can be friendly to the point of overstepping their bounds (e.g. when I was 17, I didn't feel it was necessary for me to explain why I was not in school) and I don't like having to pay $4/month for my bank account. An employee did try to assist me in getting rid of the monthly fee, but it didn't work.
