Our central air system stopped working when the thermometer hit 40 celsius, and thank goodness for Aire One! Had amazing service once again, from Jack and Jamie. Not only were they great to talk to, they were also very knowledgeable. Their charming faces and attitudes were just a bonus. Definitely will keep coming here. Have gone to both the Collingwood store and the Wasaga store and will continue to go to the Wasaga location instead because the service is fantastic.

I couldnt get my gas fireplace to light. The CustomComfort team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and arranged to order a replacement part. They replaced the part, cleaned up afterwards and left the fireplace not only working, but looking better than it had before.
