A nice store, generally knowledgeable and helpful staff with basic stuff. Sells small pets though and often doesn't have proper advice to care for them. Clean and spacious.

My wife and I walked into Pet Planet five months ago and were blown away by the knowledge and the customer service. The owner helped us find the best food for our dog by explaining the ingredients and providing valuable information about the producers of the food. He also helped us with training tips.
We are regular customers and still receive the same great service!

Wow! Am I ever impressed with Critters! Purchased some dog toys online, sale prices and lots of selection. Fast free delivery in Saskatoon to my work or I could pay $3 for rush delivery. Very reasonable seeing fuel prices. On their website, they have the option to contact them to see if they can order anything else I might need...so I emailed them a picture of these treats and they can order them!! They also proactively asked what brand of dog food I use and can get that in too!!!
