This store had great service. The staff are courteous and very helpful. The cosmetic staff are especially helpful and friendly. They remember what I bought in the past and recommend other products that work well with them.
The store is always clean and the shelves well stocked. I have found the prices to be competitive and their sales always good.

I've had a few things painted at Fred's including an entire body kit and the work they did was great. All the business I've brought to Fred's was out of pocket car upgrades so I did my research on quality of work and pricing and this place can't be beat. Rick there knows his paint and took his time helping me select the right shade of white recently for even just a small spoiler. Highly recommended.

Today was no exception with Derek and a young lady (I didn't get her name) at the counter. I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. Some might say its silly to rate a business 5-stars because of being nice, but nice matters.

Great experience. They worked hard to get me the truck I wanted AND at half the interest rate I had on the car I traded in. They also filled the tank and refilled it when we had to go back to them a few days later when a faulty gas cap caused the engine light to come on and at no charge they are getting it replaced. Even let us have it mailed to us instead of us having to make another trip to get it. So far they have done everything I have asked if them.
