He has saved our non-profit housing complex many expenses because he is skilled at repairs-- instead of instantly suggesting a replacement lock or panic - exit bars - because he knows how to do repairs -& has access to the parts needed. He is patient & explains what he plans to do to fix a problem. & is also punctual and will call if delayed.. very respectful of my time as a housing manager.
