Mon laptop était lent et la sauvegarde dans Word faisait souvent geler lordi (Word ne répond pas). Après un bon nettoyage, optimisation et suppression de logiciels espions, tout fonctionne à merveille : les applis souvrent rapidement et la navigation est plus facile... et plus ce problème de gel frustrant.
