I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. Dr. T. Shaha is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to understand the patients problems and explain what is involved in addressing the problem in details, including what medications are appropriate. He is also very good at settling an exam schedule and following up with patients regarding results from the various exams.

We are very satisficed with the professionalism and the work done by VCRS team.
The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
A call to VCRS computer support and their techs showed-up onsite two hours later.
They worked on restoring the server past our office working hours.
All was back and running again.

I changed 3 dentists before found Dr. Lo (wasn't satisfied with their service). It might be strange to hear, but I look forward to each visit to this dental office - ot's how pleasant it is. Stuff is very friendly and doctors are very gentle and professional - they explain you everything that need to be done, don't push any services; do really great job - I go there more than 15 years already and only now something needs to be redone (with previous dentists I had fillings lost in a year).
