Welcome... I suppose since you are here, you have some questions for us. What is iGalen? Who are the people behind it? What are their motives? Is it a power hungry corporation bent on dominating our world? Well, yes... with organic healthcare! So, let's clear the air with some intros. My name is Brent Guild. I am a computer geek, and I've been getting my hands dirty with these techie gizmos my entire life, whether it's opening a computer store, doing data entry work or forming an online service community. I would also like to introduce you to my lovely wife, Jane. She has used her spectrum of skills as a writer, editor, graphic and web designer and manager in her career. Now, despite our diverse professional backgrounds, my wife and I have a lot of shared interests. We have this innate draw towards nature. We are avid gardeners, and you won't find a day when our house doesn't have a foster dog from the local rescue society. And this proximity to nature has given us perspective!

To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal. Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. George Linger and his family have been in the building supply industry since 1965. After selling their business in Alberta, they moved to Vancouver Island in the mid 1990’s. They purchased The Finishing Store in Victoria in 1996 and in Nanaimo in 1999. They felt that is was a retail store that offered a unique product assortment and presented a good opportunity to expand and grow the business. In 1997, they added milling facilities that helped offer customized products specific to the market on Vancouver Island.
