Wayfinders is a community-based mentorship program that supports the journey to high school graduation. The program currently serves students living in Winnipeg's Elwick and Watson Street neighbourhoods. In addition to supporting daily homework challenges, Wayfinders helps students develop their life goals through post-secondary and career explorations; leadership activities; and community service.Do you think you have what it takes to make a difference? Welcome to The Winnipeg Children's Access AgencyWCAA is a non-profit, charitable organization whose mission is to facilitate contact between children and their family members in a safe, neutral and child-focused environment.We offer supervised visits and supervised exchanges (also referred to as 'transfers') for families who have experienced some level of conflict in their relationships.We act as an independent body whose primary goal is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children by providing a secure and comfortable environment in which visitation and exchanges can occur. We do not make assessments or judgments with respect to whether a parent should or should not be supervised.To ensure our independence, we do not become involved in negotiating access conditions between parties, provide counseling, act as messengers or mediate disputes. We instead refer the parties to their respective lawyers to address any access concerns.

Who We Are The Winnipeg Rental Network (WRN) is a non-profit initiative providing a web-based database that makes it easier for people to find affordable rental housing. The site is also a one-stop-shop for agencies that provide supports to people in the low to medium income range. WRN is not a housing provider; it is a network of Public, Private and Community-based organizations that work to improve accessibility to affordable rental accommodation.The Network uses Median Market Rents, as determined by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), to establish an upper limit on what is deemed 'affordable'.The WRN database is a free service for landlords and tenants. Landlords and property managers can long on and self-manage rental listings. The WRN administrator can also create listings for landlords (see contact info below).Individual renters seeking accommodations can search geographic areas to find vacancy and contact information. If you have a tenant/landlord dispute, or if you have questions about your rental, you can also callthe Residential Tenancies Branch for help at (204) 945-2476.
