His extensive knowledge lends itself to smoothly-run projects, schedules shared with the home owner, budgets and budget controls & his own Red Seal in carpentry. David uses local qualified trades people to complete his projects, on-time and within budgets. David spent 15 years building homes in the Lower Mainland, was involved in leaky condo restoration for a few years, worked in commercial and residential construction in Vancouver and area, then was the project manager for "The Waterfont" on Boucherie Road on the west side of Kelowna.
