Any dancer who is committed and fulfills the requirements, can take advantage of extra performance opportunities by auditioning for our annual production of NUTCRACKER, performed in December.Our students learn that dance is a communication tool and this knowledge gives them a sense of excitement about dance as creative expression. Many of our students have pursued their education in dance and choreography at professional schools and universities. Some of them have become professional artists in their own right. All have acquired a true appreciation and love for dance.

The Ontario School of Ballet (OSB) was founded in 1979 by Executive Director Sarah Lockett, to provide high quality dance instruction for students of all ages, in an inspirational environment. The school is committed to nurturing students from recreational to pre-professional levels of dance, by developing skills through excellent programming. Ms. Lockett's 33 years of experience has guided thousands of young dancers from the basics to professional careers. OSB is one of Canada's leading dance institutions. Art and Soul Dance Company was founded by sisters, Stephanie and Andrea Viola. Their passion for dance started at the age of three. Decades of experience has given them formal dance training in Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Modern, Latin and Lyrical. Along with their student's countless achievements, they have accumulated many awards for their innovative choreography, for both solo performances as well as group performances.
