We had our water heater break and start leaking in the basement. We called this tankless company and they had a guy out to give us a quote within a few hours. We decided to go ahead with the installation and they prioritized us as we had no hot water. Within 36 hours we had a new tankless water heater installed. We have only been using the system for a few weeks now but it seem the exact same as the old water heater. We have yet to receive a gas bill so cant comment on energy savings yet.

I had a problem with my freezer at 10 at night, called up several companies, but none of them were available to come and repair my fridge. Then i found this company called Mr. Home Appliance, and decided to give it a try. I was extremely happy when the guy, Andrew i believe his name was, said he could come over and take a look. He stuck to his word, and was at my front door in less than 30 mins. After analyzing the problem, he gave me details on what it was, what needed to be fixed, and how much it would cost right away. The gentleman was very patient and polite to me all the way. I had my compressor fixed, and within less than an hour, the freezer was running as before. Honestly, this company is a lifesaver for me, and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone having trouble with their appliances. Without Andrew, all my food would have been gone to waste. we had been having issues with skin rashes and bites for over a month and had seen medical professionals for allergies etc. We had no idea that we could have had bed bugs. One night we found one of these creepy crawly bug on our white sheet and then we started to search our bed. We were freaked out and selected Quest to fumigate these bedbugs from our home. We had to clean and organize before the application as per the emailed guidelines. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and helpful. We understood that the problem started after we had brought in a discarded piece of furniture. Now we know the cause of the infestation. The extermination process was less than 90 minutes. We only had to leave for about 4 hours. It has been over a year and we remain free of these blood sucking bugs. Thanks to the professional help from Quest.

These guys were a Godsend. When nobody else would take on my extra long dryer vent, these folks did a wonderful job. They showed up on time with the right equipment, did very good work cleaning a problematic duct, and even did additional repairs to improve the venting system at no additional cost like addition a vent cover and replacing tubing.
