Looking for a book to purchase for my nephew and got stuck. Asked a very nice lady who worked in the dept and wow...she was so knowledgable that I went with her choice. But very impressed her knowledge of the books in the dept impressed the guests that were with us. I think her name was either Caren or Clare.
