Circle Craft is a unique BC Artist Cooperative dedicated to providing opportunities for craftspeople to connect with the community. Formed in 1972, Circle Craft has grown to become a major force in the marketing and promotion of quality craft utilizing a 'direct from the artist' approach. Built on a reputation for integrity and quality, both our annual Christmas Market and the shop and gallery on Granville Island are Vancouver traditions for locals and visitors alike and encompass a wide variety of media and design styles. Joanne Joanne is a graduate of a three year Fashion Arts program at Seneca College in Toronto. A background working in Visual Presentation for a major department store and creating window and interior displays for many independent retailers eventually led to designing for the Special Event Industry. ''This business satisfies my need for constant change, the event industry is constantly evolving and re-inventing itself. My Visual Presentation background makes me very aware of how world events filter down to influence our direction. Keeping on top of current trends provides a constant source of inspiration to re-invent familiar themes and come up with new ones.
