My mother & her husband recently had a water heater issue, & were told they’d need a whole new water tank...that theirs was 9 1/2 yrs old. Though they were sure it was more recent than that, they’re elderly so conceded & a new unit was installed. We then found the receipt from THIS company...they HAD installed a brand new water heater 4 1/2 yes ago! We used Dean’s twice in the last couple of month’s. Dustin gave us good service. I appreciated his ability to communicate, his honesty (our first set of leaks was super simple to fix ?), and his efficiency.

Talk about Superior customer service on Oct 28/2019 ! My door closer was broken so Steve send his man down right away at 8 am within 20 minutes a brand new was put in and my door is like new .
