Really amazing!! First and best restaurant I've been to in Canada and couldnt have asked for a better experience. The new owner Mani really made us feel at home and ensured his extremely friendly and kind staff made sure my family's and my first experience not only in Canada, but also in Montana's, was a special one. Vitality Yoga classes offer a nice combination of toning and strengthening. Each teacher has their own style and something nice to offer.
I personally enjoy the fine balance between this studio offers between getting a good stretch/workout as well as the stress relief, and mind calming benefits of the class that helps us really relax and let go. Vitality yoga does a great job at that. Love the meditation/relaxation at the end.

I was there to get a full highlights and trim on Saturday Feb 19 2017. Sahar did the work and she was amazing! I would definitely recommend her. She asked and listened to what I wanted to see in terms of a finished product and went to work, carefully applying highlights. She recommended taking about 3 inches off of my hair due to split ends but was completely OK when I said that I didn't want that much off, and that I would just like a small clean up. She mentioned how she would do the clean up
