Artisan Resto-Cafe has been a mainstay in historic Old Strathcona for over ten years. We are located on the north side of Whyte Avenue, in the lower level of the Garneau Building which is formerly known as Saint Joseph's hospital. Initially started as a bakery-café, our family-run business has evolved into a premier breakfast, lunch and brunch destination in the area. The menu, which includes freshly-baked Artisan breads, offers North American and regional ethnic fare that is sure to satisfy small or large appetites alike. We offer a large selection of specialty desserts which are a great way to finish your meal or are enjoyable combined with something from our coffee bar as an evening treat. Either to delight in a cappuccino or sip a glass of wine, our relaxing, European-style atmosphere makes Artisan Resto-Café a great place to start or end your day.

So I had signed up for credit counselling (government OPD program) and was paying $1200 per month for 4 years. It seemed like a good idea at the time but I never really understood what it was costing me and assumed the program was the best solution for me. I can see how it may help someone with a very simple and basic problem.
Anyway, Randy from Parley was able to get my payments down to $240 per month for 5 years and I got to keep my house. Do the math, even after paying the credit counselling for 10 months, I still saved over $25000 to go with Randy. And his fee was almost half. And he is rebuilding my credit - best 3 grand I ever spent! I cant say enough about Parley and I am open to share my story with anyone who is willing to listen :)
