I called and was able to get in right away the same day I had a chip that cracked right away and they were able to fix it. Due to the weather the crack progressed but they were able to stop it and got me in immediately when I called. The staff are super friendly and helpful. A couple of weeks ago I was dealing with a situation where I was trying to replace the window on my 2015 Nissan Micra. I had been quoted $820.00 to replace window and regulator. Oh and an initial 180.00 diagnostic. total - 1000. Couldn't stomach that for a tiny little window and a second family car. Typical for Crappy Tire. Last month Sid and his crew replaced a faulty French drain. The old drain was not draining and was constantly getting plugged.
Sid did an initial assessment, discussed the different drain options, fabric options, and how it would be done. A week later they were on site going at it.
Sid and the crew kept me informed along the way. They left no surface damage, respected the neighbour’s property and put up safety tape and markers overnight.
