We accept children between the ages of 2 to 12 years for our Preschool and School Age programs. The concept of the daycare was conceived to create a 'home away from home' and provide a place where parents could leave their children while they went to work. At Huron, we have a team of 22 professional, dedicated and compassionate full-time staff who strive to make Huron a happy place to be and provide excellent opportunities for children to learn and grow at their own pace as individuals.We believe in Emergent Curriculum. Children learn through play. Caregivers plan activities based on the interests of the children. Children in our centre also gain valuable learning experiences by going on field trips throughout the year.Our children enjoy a spacious 8000 sq. ft. air conditioned facility that has large windows to provide lots of sunlight.Each room is equipped with a fridge and a microwave. Each room has a variety of educational toys and play equipment.We have three well developed play areas outside. Each area is unique and is equipped to offer play activities for various age levels and interests. There is also a gymnasium in the basement where children get a lot of physical activity all year round, especially on those cold Manitoba winter days when you are forced to stay indoors

Our members include both parents and community members.Created4Me Early Learning Centre started as Narol Children's Centre. NCC was founded in 1974 by experienced teachers and enthusiastic parents who believed that offering a quality educational experience was their primary goal. Located in the old Donald School in St. Clements, the age and decaying state of the building, along with the huge demand for quality full time care, led our Board and Director, to pursue the opportunities to expand our services into East. St. Paul.Our fulltime Child Care Centre, located at 264A Hoddinott Road, provides fulltime child care service for infants 3 months - 2 years and preschool children 2 - 6 years.Our Nursery School Program, located at 3950 Raleigh Street, in Bird's Hill School, provides morning and afternoon classes to children 3 - 5 years of age.

(FDPI) with a new Board of Directors effective April 1, 2006.The FPDI is comprised of thirty-four First Nations Sub-agreement Holders as designated by their Local Boards, with the mandate to address the employment and training interests of First Nations people. The articles of incorporation support the principle of grassroots or local decision-making while promoting, advocating and addressing the needs of First Nations through their Local boards.FDPI is established in accordance with the Human Resource and Social Development Canada - Aboriginal Skills and Employment Training Strategy ( ASETS ) and focuses upon its three priorities:ASETS , administered though the FDPI, is designed to help Aboriginal people prepare for and find high demand jobs quickly, as well as keep them in the long term. All Aboriginal people may access - through their local band offices and sub agreement holders - programs and services that include:The ASETS is the federal government's successor strategy to the AHRDS and is designed to help improve the employment opportunities of Aboriginal peoples and enable them to fully participate in the Canadian economy in a relationship based on mutual trust, respect and openness.
