The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).

We had excellent service from Bruce. He was very professional. He did not rush us or try to push us into something we did not want. He took his time to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. I’ve had many cars in my lifetime but hands down this was the best experience I’ve had since my first car when I was 18. I brought a car in for a drive belt replacement. The service manager Richard, looked at the belt and told me it was new so I didnt need it replaced. He did not charge me for the service check and recommended belt dressing as I had a squeal on start up. Had this been any other service station I would probably have paid for a new belt and any other issue they could find. I would highly recommend Canadian Tire service on Glendale Ave and big shout out to Richard. Thank you. BTW dressing worked grea
