Derrydale is the first golf course west of Toronto to offer the public a 12-hole round of golf. In providing a 12-hole test of golf, Derrydale is the perfect alternative for golfers who feel that 18 holes is too expensive and time consuming while 9 holes doesn't quite seem to satisfy their golfing appetite. Derrydale's unique layout is a par 40 test. The novice player will find the new layout to be challenging yet forgiving. The experienced player will also like the re-vamped year old design. He or she will get to play every club in their bag and will need to play well to score well.
fully irrigated golf course designed to capture and hold the golfers' interest. A real test of golf from the championship tees, enabling seasoned golfers to test and improve all aspects of their game. The regular tees provide a pleasant, easy to walk course that is ideal for all. All three golf courses are very conducive to seniors, ladies and those just getting into the game.
Welcome to Acton Golf Club the Acton Golf Club is an attractive course neatly tucked away on the edge of the Niagara Escarpment. The course plays through mature stands of oak, birch, maple and pine trees and was expanded to 18 holes for the 1998 season. At less than 450 yards the 13th hole is a deceptively difficult par five that provides a terrific risk/rewards challenge. A creek crossing the fairway about 80 yards in front of the green on this dogleg left, offers long hitters an opportunity for birdie. Miss your approach shot, however, and you're looking at a bogey or worse.
