Fantastic evening spent at the Urban Pear. Mojito's to die for. The menu was exciting with a wonderful selection of appetizers and mains. No one at the table was disappointed. The Ottawa Mindfulness Clinic provides eight week group symptom management programs to individuals suffering from a range of psychological and physical disorders. These disorders include Depression, Anxiety, Burnout and other Occupational Stress Injuries as well as chronic pain and other chronic physical disorders. Dr. Lynette Monteiro and Dr. Frank Musten are the co-directors of the clinic. They along with their senior teachers offer programs regularly throughout the year, As well they provide training to professionals aspiring to bring mindfulness skills to their professional practices. The Clinic also offers focused mindfulness training programs to public and private organizations that wish to include mindfulness training as part of their organization's Well-Being initiative. All programs are taught at the Ottawa Mindfulness Clinic in a space that is co-located with our private Psychology Practice in the Phenix Medical Building at 301-595 Montreal Road.
