Each day we prepare enough ingredients to last that day – if we run out, we simply close. We have a limited menu, which allows us enough time to prepare everything fresh on a daily basis. Every day, we hand-chop romaine lettuce, red onions and field tomatoes. Only the finest products are used. The chicken we serve can only be found in 5-star restaurants. Daily, we take a breast of chicken, remove all the skin and fat, leaving 100% pure white meat. We then cube, skewer and marinate it for 8-12 hours. Each chicken skewer is grilled fresh, on the spot, when ordered.
