Living in Kelowna, BC, I phoned and spoke with Shannon to design a specific floral arrangement for a dear family member living in Athabasca, Alberta and if the order could be done on the same day. The store was very busy with arrival of fresh flowers but Shannon said that the order would be taken care of...And it was.
