Scarborough Gym-Elites Club Inc was founded in 1999 by a small group of parents who felt that it was important for Scarborough to provide quality gymnastics programs for both recreational and competitive athletes within the community. The new gymnastics club was incorporated as a "not-for-profit" sports organization.
Today the Club continues to be managed by an elected Board of Directors comprised of parents of athletes who volunteer their time to this important function. The mandate of the Board is to ensure that the Club provides the community a full range of gymnastics programs for their children in a safe and professional environment at affordable prices.
SwimKids of Scugog offers specialized swimming lessons and programs designed to teach children and adults essential water safety skills while fostering a lifelong enjoyment of swimming. Their structured sessions, from parent-and-tot classes to private lessons and aquafit classes, cater to all ages and fitness levels, promoting physical health and confidence in the water.
