Disgruntled I called CCA & within an hour and a half a technician was over and diagnosed the issue (blown capacitor), replaced it, and we were good to go.

This said, and take it from me, your experience with Preferred Air right from your initial call with Shannon (whom is most gracious and accommodating) will be an enjoyable one. Even during the onset of our first heat-wave they made to us many available times. Our technician Bob, who arrived exactly when he said he would- was a pleasure to deal with, he made certain to clearly outline our options; he was polite and nonintrusive and did a fabulous job with the repair and installation. Not only will you find Bob very thorough but what’s more, he is a very a nice person indeed! I would highly recommend Preferred Air – it is no wonder their name is Preferred Air - they are preferred and should be yours too - you will make the right and best choice going with Preferred Air.
