We offer small group functional strength training in a leveled training system. This training system will increase your fitness by using various training modalities . Initially we focus on acquiring basic movement proficient through various body weight exercises. This progress to general strength training with the addition of the kettlebell and TRX. More complex forms of training are then introduced, these include powerlifting, Olympic lifting and more advanced forms of bodyweight training.
We also specialize in bridging the gap between physio and general training with our private movement therapy sessions. These 60 minute 1 on 1 sessions are for those who need more focused attention due to previous injury or medical conditions. In general with work with other health care providers through this phase to best cater your training needs.

Women's Hospital to pilot an innovative, collaborative, multidisciplinary program. Family physicians, midwives, community health nurses, and doulas all provide care in a community-based, culturally-appropriate, and woman-centered manner during pregnancy, birth and the newborn period. The SCBP is designed to improve the health outcomes of pregnant women in the underserved community of South Vancouver. This is the first such multidisciplinary program of its kind in Canada.Since 2003 the SCBP has cared for more than 2000 women, many of whom are new immigrants to Canada
