Wayne was prompt in returning my call. I had already gotten my furnace running again by flipping thw breaker off and on. He STILL took the time to diagnose the problem over the phone by the way the red light was flashing on my furnace and a few other things. In the end my furnace filter was plugged. I glitched on that one all right (I'm sure some of you are snickering!). Anyway, it's a rare person who would take the time to do that - he is now my go to furnace person, needless to say!
