Our Health and Fitness Club has changed lives through many different non-profit and donation programs we have supported and continue to support throughout the community such as the Terri Fox Run, Juvenile Diabetes, Monarch Place, Jingle Bell Run for Arthritis, New Westminster Annual Christmas food and toy drive. We will continue to cater to both men and women of all ages and fitness levels in our co-ed section while still maintaining a women's only section. Some of our classes to look forward to will be spinning (indoor cycling), yoga, boot camp and beginner classes with many more still to be determined within the coming weeks! As well we will continue to offer our clients one on one personal training and small group training with some of the best certified personal trainers in the area to help you reach your own personal fitness goals.

I signed up with Dynamic Health and Fitness couple months ago - on the beginning of this year and so far it’s excellent experience. The place is very well run , clean with lots of equipment and I really look forward to visit each time I train there. Staff is always kind and helpful. I took Hatha Yoga class the other day with some other people and this was great experience as well.
I strongly recommend the place.
