I am a longtime and consistent visitor at this store and today I missed my normal lunch time visit. My cell phone rang and it was the store informing me that my favorite fixings were all but depleted, less one serving, and it I was on the way they would save it for me!!!
They actually remembered my cell number from my using it to collect my points.
Beat that if you can for customer service.
