Hempyrean was established in 2002. We are a retail store that carries all natural organic clothing, accesories, hemp enriched cosmetics, and hemp foods. The natural organic fibres we carry are made from hemp, bamboo, soy, organic cotton and tencel. Hempyrean searched for small independent companies from across North America who manufactured organic clothing using fair trade practices and who shared our same beliefs. We carry a large selection of pants, shirts, tank tops, dresses, skirts, shorts, yoga wear, socks, and jackets for men and women. Welcome to The Winnipeg Children's Access AgencyWCAA is a non-profit, charitable organization whose mission is to facilitate contact between children and their family members in a safe, neutral and child-focused environment.We offer supervised visits and supervised exchanges (also referred to as 'transfers') for families who have experienced some level of conflict in their relationships.We act as an independent body whose primary goal is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children by providing a secure and comfortable environment in which visitation and exchanges can occur. We do not make assessments or judgments with respect to whether a parent should or should not be supervised.To ensure our independence, we do not become involved in negotiating access conditions between parties, provide counseling, act as messengers or mediate disputes. We instead refer the parties to their respective lawyers to address any access concerns.

Our on site staff are available 24 hours per day to provide assistance to our clients. Community outings are supported by staff on a one-to-one or small group basis as required. Each client has an individualized program designed to assist them in achieving their social, vocational and community reintegration goals. We promote holistic rehabilitation involving cognitive, physical, emotional and spiritual components.TLC provides a flexible comprehensive program which balances the need for structure with increasing levels of responsibility according to the abilities and goals of each individual. Our trained Community Reintegration Workers are supported by Primary Workers and Social Workers/Case Managers who develop and implement the rehabilitation plan.Our mission is to provide you with a safe, supportive environment during your rehabilitation process as you journey back towards the community, family and loved ones
