Once again my hat goes off to the Vanier Pharmacy, and this time specifically to Rock, the pharmacist. He went out of his way and on his own time to do a research for me on a specific question. This pharmacy is owned by four partners. There service is excellent and far exceeds any other pharmacy that I have dealt with. They contacted my ODSP with quotes for additional costs of non-prescriptions and have arranged all of my regular medications to being transfered to them without me leaving my home. Extremely professional and friendly staff. It doesn’t take long for them to get to know you. Once they do, you seldom have to ask or explain what you want. You’re addressed by name, the service is quick and they honour insurance prices much better than other places do. It’s far for me to get here but they’re close to my doctor so I plan my visits accordingly to benefit from their service and prices.

The pharmacy went above & beyond for me just recently. There was a mix up for the delivery of my meds and they weren’t delivered. Spoke with the pharmacist as I was concerned as it was two fays going on three I hadn’t taken one prescription. I had no way of getting to the store beyond taking an expensive Uber. I don’t drive and I’m disabled. A very kind employee named Thelma offered her help. The pharmacist called and let me know. I am so very pleased and thankful!

Went by this afternoon to pick up a last minute Xmas gift at the Bank and Laurier location - a hand cream that was apparently sold out. I asked the employee at the Beauty products counter if she could help. She saw that it wasnt on the shelf and then spent the next 15 minutes tracking it down at other locations. This wasnt her store problem, but she delivered with exceptional professionalism.
