I called Draincity Plumbers to waterproof my basement and fix some problems with drainage. They did everything in excellent way! The sewer drain pipe inspection (with CCTV camera!) revealed my drainage troubles and the guys fixed them professionally and quickly. Great service! We had 2 other plumbers and HVAC guys in and they couldnt diagnose the problem with our lack of hot water. The HVAC guy said it was a plumbing problem, the plumber said it was an HVAC problem. We were very fortunate to have had Ewe sent to us - he diagnosed our problem in 5 mins and fixed it right away. Honest, professional and affordable. These guys will be our go-to Plumbing company.

Very professional, easy to work with and everything is upfront (work to be done and pricing) and they don't force you to do any work as other companies. In fact I was told I could grab 2nd opinion for some plumbing work I was looking to get done, but in the end I did not bother and went with this company. There is a good reason that there is a "MISTER" in front of his name : he is no ordinary plumber ! Prompt, polite, professional ... I could say that he is also pretty, but that doesn't matter - even though he wears his pants properly ! My toilet was clogged ... I called MISTER PLUMBER late in the evening on Saturday ... he came right away with a fair and reasonable price, quickly solving the problem, and leaving without leaving behind a mess : now MISTER, that's a PLUMBER !
