I just had my 1st visit at Rundle Dental. I cant say enough good things about the staff and how I was greeted by Murielle and her assistant at the front entrance. My cleaning done by hygienist Jayne was the most comfortable Ive ever experienced. Dr. Chen was very thorough and informative upon his examination. I can't say enough good things about him, he understands that in treating the bones sometimes you have to treat the tissue as well. He ordered an X-Ray for me to learn more, answered all my questions and never once took anything I said bad. He did manual adjustments, acupuncture, some metal tools, a mechanical massager, and took care of some deep tissue massage. He also gave me exercises to do so I can strengthen my problem areas and stretches. Takes his time and really cares.

Anyway, I wanted to lose weight. I realized food in = food out. So, I changed my eating habits. Yet, it never really stuck. I'd lose weight, but it would bottom out. I would gain it back. When did it work and stay off for longer periods of times? As long as I created inertia with exercise and eating healthy, it would work.Sometime 10 to 15 years ago, I was very motivated to lose weight, and I was getting desperate. I decided to try consistent exercise. I heard from someone, maybe my brother, that had tried the eight minute workout .As an aside, We all make fun of it.
