Had a puncture in one of my tires. I found La Finesse website and just drove by without an appointment. Joe, a very humble Manager told me to come by at 1:00 PM. I arrived to find a tow truck unloading a car into the garage, Joe and his staff unloaded the car, and brought my car in right on schedule. A very polite Tech (Alex) identified the puncture fixed it and I was out in 30 minutes.
If they could provide me that service with a smile for a minor issue, imagine what they could do for you.
