I have been visiting Kanda since it opened, and have always been satisfied. The food is good (considering the price), and the service is good. It must be Brampton's best kept restaurant secret. I didn't know La Capannina was open for lunch on weekdays and over the years I was repeatedly told they weren't. Upon discovering this we returned to enjoy an unhurried lunch built around their appetizers.
I won't bore you with the details other than to say everything was perfectly executed. Chef Massimo is a perfectionist and sources only the freshest ingredients. A bonus, our waiter was relaxed and throughly professional.
If you need a quiet place for a superior mid-day meal, I haven't found a better location in the area.
