Saralee is certified as an instructor in both Kripalu Yoga, Kripalu YogaDance and Yoga Nidra,Cycle Reebok(Spinning) and DrumFit. As well, she is pursuing credentials in the areas of fitness and nutrition.After practicing yoga for several years, Saralee joined a Kripalu yoga class and it immediately spoke to her heart.
