Founded in 2003 by the ever moving, ever doing, ever creating, Stephanie Ostler at the young age of 17, Devil May Wear has grown from a small home based wholesale operation to an extensive wholesale/retail experience. In the beginning it was a lot of passion which has been the driving force behind the growth of the intimate company. Along with a small and talented staff Ostler independently produced a plethora of different clothing, lingerie, jewelry and kitsch at Devil May Wear's flagship store at 3957 Main St in Vancouver B.C.

We have a full DBT program, including individual therapy, telephone consultation, skills training groups, and a therapist consultation team.The founders of the DBT Centre of Vancouver completed 2year postdoctoral fellowships with Dr. Marsha Linehan, who developed DBT. Although we specialize in the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder and other associated problems, we also have extensive training in providing evidencebased treatment for a variety of other problems.

Though Dr. Franz Mesmer is considered to be a 'father of hypnosis', historic records show that hypnosis, as a tool for health, had been used in ancient India, Egypt and Greece. Persian doctor Ibn Sina Avicenna recognized and wrote about hypnosis in 'The Book of Healing' already in 1027! Around 1770, Mesmer was the first to propose a rational basis for the effects of hypnosis and to develop a consistent method for hypnosis, which was passed on to and developed by his followers.
