Laurie Moore offers a holistic approach to help you achieve emotional well being. Her personal life journey coupled with her training and experience offer a unique perspective on the individual’s ability to regain equilibrium, emotional regulation and life stability. Laurie will focus mainly on emotional health through Mind-Body Attunement Therapy, (a somatically based therapy that works with a person's central nervous system to reprocess past traumas and teach the nervous system to arrive at a state of calm where the mind and body are attuned and have access to a range of coping strategies); but will also explore your physical and spiritual health when necessary. Emotional dis-ease can manifest in many symptoms such as depression and anxiety but also can contribute to physical issues such as high blood pressure, IBS, eating disorders etc. Laurie is passionate about facilitating your return to holistic health and offers a complimentary 30 minute introductory session.
