The grieving process is unique to everyone. There are no five stages of grief. The program includes mindful action steps, therapeutic art interventions and can be attended in person or by Skype. I will guide you through your grieving process with compassion and honesty. As a trained art therapist I use therapeutic art interventions to help you find answers to your questions and to strengthen inner resources. Art therapy helps you when you have no words for what you are feeling. The process of using art as a tool will support your healing process and bring new clarity.
