Small Wunders Child Care Centre is a newly renovated centre that accepts children aged 6 months to 5 years of age. Our facility is 6700 square feet in size and has a full indoor gym and outdoor playground. We are equipped with two infant rooms, two toddler rooms, a preschool room, and a kindergarten room. We can accommodate up to 87 children and are fully licensed by Ministry of Community and Social Services. Our staff consists of experienced Early Childhood Educators and Early Childhood Assistants. We are a theme based centre which introduces structure to a lot of the activities the children perform. They are guided by our teachers so that they can feel confident when they accomplish a task. Our menu integrates in some Latin American dishes and most of our dishes are made and not processed. Our soups, stews, pizzas are all made from scratch and are not from a can or a box!! We are open from 7 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, all year. We are closed on statutory holidays. We are easily accessible and very close to highways 403 and 401. The two senior ages 4 to 12 years have a computer lab room with the latest software from Microsoft, X box 360, and Wii.Funshine has developed an indepth child monitoring program which allows Funshine to identify issues that your child may need assistance with and if a specializated skills like a speach therapist, social workers etc is need to assist your child in their development Funshine can bring in those services at no additional cost to parents.
